Attorney William Biviano of Warren, OH; ethical dwarf

The state of Ohio presented William Richard Biviano with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School in Cleveland.

The Trumbull County Bar Association charged Billy with the following misconduct.

In one mater, Jamie Smith hired Billy to represent her in Trumbull County Juvenile Court. Subsequently, Ms. Smith asked Billy to close her file and return the unused portion of the $4,500 retainer she had paid to him.

Jamie contacted Billy numerous times over several months but he failed to return the money she claims was due and owing to her.

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Billy by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. December 2014) Billy practices at 108 Main Avenue SW in Warren, Ohio.
