Attorney John Scaccia of Dayton, OH; ethical dwarf

The state of Ohio presented John Joseph Scaccia with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Johnny guilty of misconduct.

  • Failed to maintain bank account records
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Intentionally failed to perform duties on client’s behalf
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Entered into prohibited non-refundable fee agreements
  • Failed to keep client funds in client trust account
  • Failed to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2014) Johnny practices Scaccia & Associates LLC at 1814 East Third Street in Dayton, Ohio.
