Attorney David Streeter Jr. of North Olmstead, OH; thief, loser

The state of Ohio presented David Allen Streeter Jr. with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Dave guilty of misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Failed to deposit client funds in client trust account
• Used client funds to pay personal expenses
• Acted with selfish motives
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Ohio are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Dave was never criminally charged with theft of client funds.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Dave practices at 23201 Lorain Road in North Olmstead, Ohio.
