Attorney Anthony Famiglietti of Plainville, CT; idiotic repeater

The state of Connecticut provided Anthony O. Famiglietti with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Bridgeport Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

Tony’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Tony sent a letter to a doctor that provided medical care for his client advising him that he should continue providing care to the client because his medical bills would be paid when the client’s case was settled.

Subsequently, when the case was settled, Tony paid himself and his client; however, he never retained any funds to pay the doctor’s medical bills as he stated he would in his letter to the doctor.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Tony’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to call any expert witnesses on client’s behalf re: construction of her home
• Failed to timely file objections to fact finder on client’s behalf
• Failed to provide competent representation (Idiot)
• Due to Tony’s negligence, client’s a judgment was entered against client and a lien placed on her personal residence
• Failed to advise client of judgment rendered against her
• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to advise client of receipt of letters from judgment creditor’s attorney

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Tony by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.

Tony’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Disclosed confidential information regarding client
• Failed to respect the rights of third persons and/or other parties

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Tony by gifting him with a third complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014) Tony practices with Famiglietti & Famiglietti at 145 West Main Street in Plainville, Connecticut.
