Attorney David Stiller of Richmond, TX; crooked loser

The state of Texas presented David Marc Stiller with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The District 5 Grievance Committee found Dave guilty of the following misconduct

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client requests for information
• Failed to refund advanced fee payments he had not earned (crook)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Dave practices at 1860 FM 359 Road in Richmond, Texas.
