Attorney Mark Crampton of Austin; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Mark Wesley Crampton with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Oklahoma City University Law School.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mark ailed to adequately supervise a non-lawyer in his office that he had direct supervisory authority over to ensure that the employee’s conduct was compatible with the professional obligations of Mark.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Mark practices with The Crampton Law Office at 1601 Rio Grande Street in Austin, Texas.
