Attorney Eric Gormly of Dallas; lying loser

The state of Texas presented Eric Kevin Gormly with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Law School.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made false statements of material fact to various courts
• Made frivolous (BS) claims during court proceedings
• Took unreasonable position that increased costs or other burdens of cases and/or unreasonably delayed resolution of said cases

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Eric practices with The Gormly Law Firm PLLC at 6211 West Northwest Highway in Dallas, Texas.
