Attorney Paul Essenburg of Addison, TX; repeat offender

The state of Texas presented Paul A. Essenburg with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Baylor University Law School.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Paulie found it acceptable to engage in the illegal practice of law despite the fact that his law license had been suspended.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Paulie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Paulie practices at 16633 North Dallas Parkway in Addison, Texas.
