Attorney Jeanette Schlenker of Houston; cheating loser

The state of Texas presented Jeanette Villarreal Schlenker with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from South Texas Law School.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Jean guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matters entrusted to her
• Failed to keep clients informed as to status of their legal matters
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Failed to refund unearned advance payments of fee that was not earned (cheater)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jean by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jean.
