Attorney David Gussak of Farmington, CT; potty mouth bigot

The state of Connecticut provided David L. Gussak with a law license in 1961 after he graduated from Columbia University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave represented the plaintiff in a civil case. During the trial of the case, the plaintiff was on t he witness stand, being cross-examined by Dave. At one point, Dave approached the witness stand saying repeatedly, “What did you say to me?” Dave got so close to the witness he was forced to back away.

While the attorney for the witness was asking for the court to instruct Dave to step back, Dave said to the witness, “You piece of Arab shit.”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Dave by ordering that he attend an ethics class.

It is rumored that Dave opted to attend an ethics seminar held at the Huey B. Long Institute of Ethics located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee didn’t  mete out any meaningful punishment to Dave.
