Attorney Richard Gudis of Old Saybrook, CT; ethical dwarf

The state of Connecticut provided Richard Gudis with a law license in 2003.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to act fairly to opposing party and their attorney
  • Engaged in disruptive behavior at a meeting of the New Haven Board of Police Commissioners

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Dick by ordering him to attend an ethics class.

It is rumored that Dick opted to attend an ethics seminar held at the Huey B. Long Institute of Ethics located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Dick practices with the Law Firm of Richard Gudis LLC at 1A Lynde Street in Old Saybrook, Connecticut.
