Attorney Lawrence Greenberg of New Haven, CT; ethical elf

The state of Connecticut provided Lawrence J. Greenberg with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to release escrow funds for well over a year
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to adequately communicate with client
  • Failed to account for escrow funds
  • Failed to respond to numerous client requests for information
  • Failed to adequately maintain his trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Larry by gifting him with an order to receive three hours of continuing legal education.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Larry.

An unreliable source indicated that Larry opted to take his three hours of continuing legal education at the Primo Gentleman’s Club at 133 Hamilton Street in New Haven.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Gary practices with Bernblum & Greenberg at 142 Temple Street in New Haven, Connecticut.
