Attorney David Buoscio of Oak Park, IL; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented David Kenneth Buoscio 1991 with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

The Disciplinary Commission found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected two foreclosure matters
• Made misrepresentations (lied) in regard to matters he was handling for a bank

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Dave practices at 740 Forest Avenue in Oak Park, Illinois, which is a suburb of Chicago.
