Attorney James Laganke of Phoenix; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented James M. Laganke with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Ohio State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Negligence resulted in adverse judgment against client
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to properly communicate with client
  • Failed to timely respond to summary judgment motion on client’s behalf
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Jimmy practices at 13232 North 7th Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
