Attorney Earl Mullins Jr. of Louisville; ethical dwarf
The state of Kentucky presented Robert M. Alexander with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Louisville of Law School.
The Kentucky Bar Association found Earl guilty of the following misconduct.
- Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
- Provided financial assistance to client
- Entered into business transaction with client
- Commingled client funds with personal funds
- Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Earl by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (November 2014), Earl practices at 1012 South 4th Street in Louisville, Kentucky.
