Attorney David Son of Louisville; ethical dwarf

The state of Kentucky presented David Won-Ihl Son with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Louisville of Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of legal matter
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (November 2014), Dave practices with the Son Law Firm at 600 West Main Street in Louisville, Kentucky.
