The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Alene guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Idiot)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Faield to timely pursue clarification of Consent Order on client’s behalf

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Alene by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
