Attorney James Strouse of Columbia, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented James Charles Strouse with a law license in 1991after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School. Jimmy was also provided with a law license from the state of Pennsylvania in 1991.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to properly prepare power of attorney for elderly client
• Named a long-time client as attorney-in-fact and thereafter sued elderly client on behalf of another client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Jimmy practices at 5401 Twin Knolls Road in Columbia, Maryland.
