Attorney Jeffrey Reichenbacher of Miami; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida provided Jeffrey Edward Reichenbacher in 1977.

The Florida State Bar found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with rules regulating trust accounts
• Intentionally misled (lied) to ethics investigators regarding problems with his trust accounts following a theft of funds by one of his employees
• Trust account audit indicated shortage of at least $17,000
• Wrote checks on insufficient fund account (rubber)
• Failed to notify State Bar of theft of trust account funds as required to do

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Jeff practices at 1200 Brickell Avenue in Miami, Florida.
