Attorney Milton Osborne Jr. of Baton Rouge; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Milton Osborne Jr. with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from Southern University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Milt guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Milt determined that it was acceptable to not properly discuss his fee with his client. This always has the possibility of leading to overbilling, which is of course beneficial to only one person.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Milt by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca) November 2014) Milt practices at 5700 Florida Blvd in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
