Attorney Norman Mopsik of New Orleans; ethical gremlin

 

The state of Louisiana presented Norman Mopsik with a law license in 1962

 

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Norm guilty of the following misconduct.

 

  • Failed to properly supervise non-lawyer employee
  • Assisted non-attorney in the illegal practice of law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Norm by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca) November 2014) Norm practices at 3702 Octavia Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
