Judge Gregory Pollack of San Diego; misogynistic loser

The state of California provided Gregory W. Pollack with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University California Los Angeles (UCLA) Law School.

In 2008, former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger was duped into appointing Gregory as a San Diego County Superior Court judge. Gregory didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the San Diego area. He received the appointment because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

Since his appointment to the bench, Judge Pollack has spent a great deal of time cementing his status as a Certified Moron, especially when he was assigned to the Family Court Division.

In one matter, Pollack was assigned to preside over the case of Crystal Harris, which involved a custody dispute with her imprisoned ex-husband Shawn Harris. Shawn had previously pleaded guilty to a domestic violence-related assault involving Crystal. Subsequently, Shawn forced Crystal to commit a sex act, which she recorded on a tape recorder and hid in a bathroom drawer. A jury later convicted Shawn of the forced sex act charge.

In regards to Shawn the convicts demand for visitation of the Harris’ two sons, Pollock the Misogynist (PM) made the following absurd ruling:

“As soon as Shawn is released from prison, reunification between the children and Shawn shall occur before Shawn completes any domestic violence classes or participates in any individual therapy.”

An unreliable source indicated that Judge Pollack recommended that Shawn attend the Mel Gibson Institute for Wife Beaters located in Burbank, California.

The Court of Appeals wasn’t impressed with Pollack’s unconscionable ruling granting visitation rights to Shawn the Convict. In fact, the appellate court ruled that Pollack “abused his discretion” when he ordered a man convicted of committing a sex crime on his wife be immediately reunited with their two sons upon his release from prison.

Unfortunately, Pollack can’t be removed from office despite the fact that he has proven to be one of California’s Premier Misogynists.

My advice to any woman who has her family court case assigned to Greg the Misogynist would be to exercise your right to have him removed from your case.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Gregory continues to sit as a San Diego County Superior Court judge.
