Attorney Robert De Mers of Paterson, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Robert John De Mers with a law license in 1986.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby was hired by the Zoning Board of Adjustment to prepare a document memorializing resolutions as required by law, which he failed to do.

Even when Bobby was ordered to prepare the documents by two judges and by at least two Board chairs, he failed to do so.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Bobby practices at 444 Grand Street in Paterson, New Jersey.
