Attorney Kenneth Meyers of Warren, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of Pennsylvania presented Kenneth S. Meyers with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to take action on client lawsuit for five months
  • Faield to keep client informed of important aspects of case
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As one would suspect, this isn’t Kenny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one complimentary suspension of his law license and one complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Kenny practices at 50 Mount Bethel Road in Warren, New Jersey.
