Attorney Roy Macaluso of Passaic, NJ; ethical misfit 
The state of Pennsylvania presented Roy R. Macaluso with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Villanova University Law School.
The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Roy guilty of the following misconduct.
- Failed to properly supervise non-lawyer employee
- Illegally shared legal fees with non-lawyer
- Failed to inform disciplinary authorities of another lawyer’s misconduct
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Roy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. November 2014), Roy practices with Fusco & Macaluso at 150 Passaic Avenue in Livingston, New Jersey.
