Attorney Michelle Munsat of Maplewood, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of Pennsylvania presented Michelle J. Munsat with a law license in 1980.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Michelle guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file required appellate brief on client’s behalf
• Failed to file appendix in appellate matter
• Negligence led to dismissal of client’s appeal

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Michelle by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.
