Attorney Brian Muhlbaier of Vineland, NJ; ethical elf

The state of Pennsylvania presented Brian Joseph Muhlbaier with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Villanova University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep clients informed as to status of legal matter
• Failed to advise clients that lawsuit was dismissed
• Faield to advise client of reinstatement of dismissed lawsuit

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
