Attorney James Wolfe III of Orange, NJ; serial offender

The state of New Jersey presented James H. Wolfe III with a law license in 1979.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to oppose defendant’s motion to dismiss client’s lawsuit
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Negligence led to client’s lawsuit being dismissed

As one would suspect, this isn’t Jimmy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Jimmy previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands, two (2) complimentary admonishments, and one (1) complimentary suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Jimmy practices at 339 Main Street in Orange, New Jersey, which is located in Essex County.
