Attorney Gary Trachtman of Linwood, NJ; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented Gary S. Trachtman with a law license in 1990.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Arturo guilty of the following misconduct.

Gary’s misconduct involved 120 personal injury matters. Specifically, Gary transferred all of the matters to other attorneys without ever obtaining the consent of his clients.

Secondly, Gary entered into fee-sharing agreements with the other attorneys, also without obtaining his clients’ authorization.

And lastly, Gary failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators. Put simply, Gary said, Up Yours!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Gary practices at 110 Iona Avenue in Linwood, New Jersey area, which is located in Atlantic County.
