Attorney Arturo Suarez-Silverio of Newark, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Vincent N. Simone with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Arturo guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Represented client in asylum case when he knew he was unqualified
  • Prepared draft complaint failed to make any changes proposed by client
  • Failed to file necessary motion on client’s behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Arturo by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Arturo practices at 75 Paterson Street in Newark, New Jersey.
