Attorney Roger Radol of Englewood, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Roger B. Radol with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the William Mitchell Law School in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Roger found it acceptable to misrepresent (lie) in divorce filings about his client’s interest in various marital property.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Roger practices with Klein & Radol LLC at 15 Engle Street in Englewood, New Jersey, which is located in Bergen County.
