Attorney Stephen Clark of San Diego; ethical dwarf

The state of California provided Stephen Craig Clark with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Stephen guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with his client in an estate matter
  • Failed to provide definitive written fee agreement
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Stephen!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Stephen by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the California State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Stephen.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Stephen practices at 9053 Truman Street in San Diego, California.
