The state of Michigan provided Michael T. Maddaloni with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  

The Ingham County Hearing Panel #5 found Hugo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to seek lawful objectives of his client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Conduct exposed legal profession or courts to public contempt
• Engaged in conduct contrary to justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ingham County Hearing Panel punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (November 2014), Mike practices with Maddaloni & Associates PC at 115 West Allegan Street in Lansing, Michigan.
