Attorney Michael Haenn of Bangor, ME; ethical misfit

The state of Maine presented Michael S. Haenn with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Maine Law School.

The Maine Grievance Commission found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mike!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to timely remit funds to party 

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the grievance panel punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (October 2012) Mike practices at 88 Hammond Street in Bangor, Maine.
