Attorney Jeremey Miller of Concord, NH; repeat offender

The state of New Hampshire presented with a law license in 2000.

The Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar found Jeremey guilty of the following misconduct.

Jeremy’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the grievance panel punished Jeremey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Jeremy’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to act with candor while dealing with tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Misconduct involved multiple violations of the rules
  • Violated U.S. Bankruptcy rules

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court punished Jeremey by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jeremey.

As we speak (ca. October 2014) Jeremey practices with J. Miller & Associates PLLC at 91 North State Street, in Concord, New Hampshire.
