Attorney Robert Resner of Indio, CA; apologist for Attorney Misfits

The state of California provided Robert David Resner with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Lincoln University Law in Sacramento.

Lincoln Law School is a Third or Fourth Tier law school that is in the business of taking in losers that couldn’t accepted at mainstream schools like UC Davis, UCLA, Pepperdine, USC or Stanford.

Jerome was a member of the Bar Court that dealt with the egregious misconduct of attorney Samuel Bellicini of Walnut Creek, California in regards to his application to have his law license reinstated. Despite the egregious nature and extent of Sammy’s misconduct, Jerome had the chutzpah to act as a character witness on Sammy’s behalf in his quest to have his law license reinstated.

Thanks to Jerome and those of his ilk, Sammy is now given the opportunity to again prey on unsuspecting victims.

This is just another fine example of why most Californians have total contempt for the manner in which Attorney Misfits are punished by the enablers and apologists sitting on the state Bar Court. In truth, this group of comedians is only interested in assuring that Attorney Misfits continue to have an opportunity to earn a dishonest living as a lawyer. They damn sure aren’t concerned with protecting the public!
