Attorney Pab Chetty of Saskatchewan; ethical misfit

The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented Pab Chetty with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of London Law School.

The Law Society of Saskatchewan found Pab guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Illegally practiced law in Alberta when not licensed to do so
  • Engaged in conduct unbecoming an officer of the court
  • Continued to practice law w/o license in Alberta even after Saskatchewan Law Society advised him he wasn’t entitled to do so (Up yours, said Pab!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society of Saskatchewan Committee punished Pab by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Pab practices with the Chetty Law Office at 5001-49 Avenue in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, Canada.
