Attorney Daniel Chammas of Los Angeles; wife beater

The state of California provided Daniel Benjamin Chammas with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Stanford University Law School.

The California State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

In early 2013, the LA County City Attorney filed a criminal complaint in LA County Superior Court charging Danny with two counts of Willful Infliction of Corporal Injury upon Spouse [wife beating] and one count of False imprisonment.

Subsequently, Danny pled no contest to one count of Spousal Battery. The trial court suspended imposition of sentence and placed Danny on summary probation for 36 months, on conditions that he enroll and complete a one year domestic violence program.

An unreliable source indicated that Danny opted to attend the Mel Gibson Institute for Wife Beaters located in Hollywood, California.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Danny practices at 2523 Almaden Court in Los Angeles, California.
