Attorney Matthew O’Brien of Miami Beach; druggie

The state of Florida presented Matthew David O’Brien with a law license in 2011.

The Florida State Bar found Matt guilty of the following misconduct.

In July 2013, Matt was arrested for purchase and possession of heroin. Matt was later charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Matt by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Matt practices at 1580 Bay Road in Miami, Beach, Florida.
