Judge Mickey Weber of Clarksville, IN; drunken loser

The state of Indiana presented Mickey Kevin Weber with a law license in 2007.

The Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications charged Mickey the following misconduct.

In early 2014, Mickey was arrested in Louisville, Kentucky after he hit two parked cars and a fence while driving drunk. The arresting officer noticed that Mickey had glassy eyes and slurred speech.

After his arrest and as is the case with most Judicial Drunks, Mickey refused to take a breathalyzer and/or blood test.

Subsequently, Mickey pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the second degree; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (DUI) in the first degree.

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Mickey by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Mickey continues to serve as a Clarksville Town Court judge.

Mickey also practices law at 538 East Court Avenue in Jeffersonville, Indiana, which is a suburb of Louisville, Kentucky.
