Judge Debra Krause of Sanford, Florida; ethical dwarf

The State of Florida presented Debra L. Krause with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from Stetson University Law School.

The Judicial Qualifications Commission found Debbie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misrepresented herself as an incumbent judicial candidate
• Filings of campaign expenses were not accurate
• Filings of campaign contributions were not accurate
• Violated law limiting campaign contributions from family members
• Knowingly violated Florida law re: non-partisan judicial elections

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Debbie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Debbie continues to sit as a Seminole County Superior Court judge in Sanford, Florida.
