Attorney Mark Chapman of Nashville; ethical misfit

The state of Tennessee provided Mark Edward Chapman with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Assisted paralegal in the illegal practice of law
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2014) Mark practices at 202 Point East Drive in Nashville, Tennessee.
