Attorney James Hershberger of Midland, TX; ethical misfit The state of Texas presented James Steven Hershberger with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Texas Tech University Law School.
The District 10 Grievance Committee found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Jimmy ailed to withdraw from representation when he knew that in not doing so he would be in violation of the Disciplinary Rules.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. September 2014), Jimmy practices at 600 North Marienfeld Street in Midland, Texas.
