Attorney Davies Bagambiire of Toronto, CAN; thieving repeater

 

The Law Society of Canada presented Davies Bagambiire with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law School.

 

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Davies guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Davies’ 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

 

  • Charged clients excessive and unreasonable fees (crook)
  • Failed to disclose information in timely manner
  • Failed to deliver accounts to clients re: claimed fees

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of Inquiry punished Davies by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

 

Davies’ 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

 

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to deposit retainer monies in required trust account
  • Failed to account to client for claimed fees
  • Failed to transfer client file to new counsel after being fired

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of Inquiry punished Davies by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Davies practices with Davies Bagambiire Profession Corporation at 368 Bloor Street East in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
