Attorney Denise Badley of Toronto, CAN; lying loser

The Law Society of Canada presented Denise Maureen Faithia Badley with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law School.

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Denise guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to be honest and candid with her clients (liar)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a fraudulent and dishonest scheme
• Failed to follow client instructions
• Failed to serve clients in conscientious manner
• Failed to care for her client’s property

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of Inquiry punished Denise by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.
