Attorney Randy Katzman of Saskatoon, SK; ethical misfit

The Law Society of Canada presented Randy Kim Katzman with a law license in 1980

after he graduated from the University of Saskatchewan Law School.

The Law Society of Canada found Randy guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Faield to act in efficient manner in dealing Bank of Canada re: mortgage
• Failed to serve his client in a conscientious manner
• Failed to comply with Bank of Canada instructions on release of trust funds
• Failed to file final report re: mortgage transaction in reasonable period of time

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Randy practices with Cuelenaere, Kendall, Katzman & Watson at 128 Fourth Avenue in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
