Attorney Darryl Shirkey of Davidson, SK; ethical elf

The Law Society of Canada presented Daryl Shirkey with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law School.

The Law Society of Canada found Darryl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to required books and records
• Failed to meet fiduciary obligations owed to clients
• Failed to prepare monthly reconciliations
• Failed to define multiple roles as attorney and director of corporation to clients
• Failed to maintain double-entry bookkeeping system

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Darryl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014), Darryl practices in the Davidson, Saskatchewan, Canada area.  .
