Attorney Edward Marko of Phoenix; ethical leprechaun

The state of Arizona presented Edward J. Marko with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Eddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated his duties and obligations as a lawyer
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Eddy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Eddy practices with Marko & Sarko PLLC at 707 East Bell Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
