Attorney Ronald Huser of Tempe, AZ; lying loser

The state of Arizona presented Ronald E. Huser with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Chicago Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Ronny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to expedite litigation
• Made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal
• Failed to deal fairly with opposing counsel
• Made a false statement to a third person
• Failed to respect the rights of other persons
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Ronny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Ronny practices at 1230 West Washington Street in Tempe, Arizona.
