Solicitor Hal Ginges of New South Wales; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Hal Jon Ginges with a law license in 1977.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Hal guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
  • Borrowed money from his clients
  • Withdrew trust funds for costs without authority

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Hal by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Hal practices with Hal Ginges & Co. Pty. Ltd at 81 Lurline Street in Katoomba, New South Wales.
